The system will recognize your photos through facial recognition, comparing the selfie sent with the images captured by the photographers. During the parades, you will be able to follow the photos being added to your package. To access them, simply visit the riocarnaval.fotop.com website, use the link sent by e-mail or access the application. Downloading the photos is simple: select the desired ones and click download. There's no guaranteed minimum number of photos, but if your package has less than 5 photos, you can request a refund. Plus, there's no maximum photo limit, so take the time to encourage photographers to record lots of special moments

After inserting the selfie, the package becomes personal and non-transferable and can be changed only before the event.

If you find photos of yourself among the unidentified files, you must contact sac@fotop.com.br, stating the code of the photo (s) (located below the photo) within 7 days after the event in order for your request to be reprocessed.

The refund and cancellation will be made within 30 days after the request using the payment method used in the order.
